Inside Sales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation for our warehousing segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing available warehouse properties on major real estate platforms, calling and qualifying incoming leads, and seamlessly handing over verified prospects to our Area Managers. Key Responsibilities (Job Role) * Platform Management : List and regularly update available warehouse properties on real estate portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, and other relevant platforms to maximize visibility. * Lead Generation : Proactively monitor portals for incoming inquiries, coordinate with platform account managers to boost listing performance, and pull daily lead reports. * Cold/Warm Calling : Initiate outbound calls to inbound leads and inquiries to pitch available warehousing spaces. * Lead Qualification & Shortlisting : Filter and qualify leads based on their specific requirements (e.g., location, budget, area size, timeline, and storage type). * Stakeholder Coordination : Maintain a clean daily tracker of qualified leads and share verified, high-intent prospects with the respective Area Managers for site visits and closures.

Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications * Experience: 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, tele calling, or lead generation (Experience in Real Estate, Logistics, or Commercial Warehousing is a big plus). * Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience navigating and managing listings on 99acres and MagicBricks. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Regional language. * Tools: Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM software.
